13U Revolution Futures Oldfield/Stitely

Introducing the next powerhouse on the diamond: the 13U Revolution Futures (2011 birth year, strong 2012 considered), led by dedicated coaches Trevor Oldfield and Scot Stitely. Their partnership spans more than 7 years, in LGSL and Freedom All-Stars, fueled by a passion for developing individual abilities, teamwork, and mental toughness.

Trevor and Scot are dedicated to nurturing the next generation of players by laying a foundation of solid fundamental skills and cultivating strategic thinkers who stay one step ahead of the competition. Their mission goes beyond the diamond, aiming to mold well-rounded athletes through physical conditioning, instilling values of sportsmanship through community engagement, and promoting a culture of positivity and teamwork among teammates.

14U Revolution Hechter

r logo.jpg

Revolution Hechter 14U is a new team competing in local tournaments this season. Led by Max Hechter and Marlys Morales, our purpose for building this team is to develop players into well rounded softball athletes and people. We focus on how to handle adversity with resilience and triumph with humility. We teach our girls to look inward for solutions rather than outward for blame. Developing players to achieve their dreams, whether it be in softball or in life, is our ultimate goal.

Coach Max and Coach Marlys bring a lot of experience to the Revolution Organization. Coach Max has been coaching baseball and softball for over 20 years. He received his PaulyGirl Pitching Certification, has coached softball at the High School level and currently is a trainer at SixFour3 for pitching, hitting and infield. After back to back high school State appearances, Coach Marlys received a scholarship to play college ball at Southeastern Illinois and uses that experience to teach the next generation of softball players how to prepare for high school and college ball. Both Max (Navy) and Marlys (Army) served in the military which has benefited them in their approach as disciplined and organized coaches on the softball field.

We are looking for girls who bring a great attitude, effort and hustle to our team. Who value growing and learning in a positive, passionate environment.

15U Revolution Premier O'Neill/McDonald

Revolution Premier O'Neill/McDonald is looking for competitive players that want to work hard and continue building on their existing skills.

We will be a 15u team (1st year in 16u) and will participate in multiple showcase events, 16 Opens and some 18u tournaments next summer. We are looking for all positions with an emphasis on strong hitting.

With coaching experience through the high school varsity level the coaches have a wealth of knowledge to pass on to players. Our coaches focus on fundamental development and on pushing the players in practice to ultimately accomplish things beyond what they imagined possible on the field.

We routinely bring in outside trainers and former NCAA softball players to help refine our players skills and mindset. The goal is to continue to improve our players to prepare them to start on their high school varsity teams.

Please contact us directly if you would like to attend a team practice prior to the official tryout dates or if you have any additional questions.

18U Revolution Hudenburg/Perez

The team was formed for those players who wish to regularly compete at a higher level of competition without the extensive long distance Travel expense. Our goal is to maximize player development so that each player has the best chance to be selected for their High School team and for Collegiate Softball preparation.

Our Head coaches are volunteers who do not have daughters on the team and have played baseball at the collegiate or high school levels.  They have over 20 years of combined Coaching experience of both Softball and Baseball at the Travel and High School level.  The Revolution 18u team will practice on Loudoun County fields and at the Revolution Indoor training facility located in Leesburg Va. We play in tournaments primarily within the Mid-Atlantic Area.

We are committed to making the sport of travel softball more accessible. By managing our tournament schedule efficiently, we keep our program family budget-friendly, while maintaining high-quality coaching and support. The team will represent themselves and the organization at several community volunteer events. ‘First Class on and off the field.’
